We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and India. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
- Request a return from your account's order history, selecting a reason and which item(s) you're returning.
- Ship the item back to the return address shown after you submit your request — return shipping is at your own cost.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
- This process is the same for international orders — customs duties and import taxes paid on the original order are not refunded.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
MÉVA Atelier Orders
Atelier pieces are made to order rather than shipped from held stock, so the shipping table above doesn't apply to them. Please allow up to 60 days from your order date for production and delivery — your piece may arrive sooner — and you'll receive updates as it's made. Shipping is complimentary on every Atelier order. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, Atelier orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
