What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus popular digital wallets, through our secure Stripe checkout. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us within an hour of ordering if you need to make a change. After that, we're happy to help via a return once your order arrives.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet — but it's on our roadmap. Sign up to our newsletter from the homepage to hear when they launch.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page lists the available sizes. As a general guide, our tops and outerwear run true-to-size with a modern, slightly relaxed fit; denim and trousers are true-to-size through the waist. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What if my order doesn't fit?

What's your return policy?
